Ben Tre, is named after the region and river stretch in NE Vietnam, sourced from a group of producers, and fermented by the group “leader” on their behalf. We are enjoying this chocolate thanks to Marou - a cacao exporter championing specialty Vietnamese Cacao.

Ben Tre is rich, complex and full of dark flavors reminicent of Dates, Butterscotch, Molasses, warming Spices and hints of Oak.
