The Wild Daisy Sourdough Bagel is a rustic spin on a classic New York Style Bagel - dense and chewy with a mild tang from our natural levain. The boil slurry gives the surface a chewy bite and touch of enhanced sweetness. Instead of using Barley Malt syrup, we chose to use molasses as a complex and easily accessible alternative.
Currently we offer Plain or "Everything" toppings. Each order comes in sets of 5 bagels totaling 1.39lb (625g).
